2023 College and Career Fair Student Interviews

So, I want to go to Texas University and the major that I want to study is nursing. And I want to go there because I would have a lot of help with my family and just...I think it's a very good college in a good area for me I'm interested in Ohio State because it's a good school.  And I'm interested in criminal justice.  So like, I want to be in the Air Force. Me too.  Air Force. Air Force.  Yes, sir.  Because, like, I'm trying to travel the world.  Yes, sir.  I'm definitely going to the Air Force for Engineering and I see a lot of opportunities for myself.  And I actually like it.  So I think if you want to go into the Air Force, just check it out, and go from there.  To be honest, I'm probably going to go to the Air Force for engineering too.  The best part about it is if your airplane breaks down or something, they know who to call!   Us bro! Call me right then and I'm fixing it.  I'm going wherever I want.   So I'm interested in Eastern Michigan University because they seem to have a lot of majors that I'm interested in.  So that's one of them.  Ohio State University because they also have a lot of majors that I'm interested in and probably the University of Dayton.  They seem like a really nice college to go.  And then I want to major in history....geography maybe too because I want to go into teacher or something around there.  So Lorain County Public Health College looks pretty nice.  they have a lot of health programs and good things like they can send free Narcan to your house if you need it.  They provide good medical kits and nursing programs.  Also, the Army does seem like a good thing to go to.  They help you through college and have basic training.  Both are a really good ideas.  Nursing it's definitely an idea I've had because I want to do something medical and the army it's military and a good back up plan.  Hi, I'm Tim.  I'm interested in Heidelberg University because they have a really good business and arts program.  And I'm interested in Eastern Michigan for the scholarships. Ohio State looks like it has a pretty great art program so I'm interested in that one too.

On Friday, March 31st, HSA Lorain had its first College and Career Fair for students in 8th through 12th grade. With representatives from 20 colleges and universities, as well as various branches of the military, students were able to explore their interests and learn about potential career paths. The fair offered a wealth of resources and information to help students make informed decisions about their futures. With enthusiastic representatives eager to answer questions and provide guidance, the college and career fair was the perfect opportunity for students to kickstart their journeys toward success. We can't wait to host another one next year!
