Ms. White

Ms. White is a dedicated and compassionate building substitute teacher with a strong passion for supporting students in their academic, social, and personal growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as associate degrees in Business Entrepreneurial Management and Business Technology.

With more than 10 years of experience in education as a paraprofessional and teacher’s aide, along with experience as a substitute teacher, Ms. White brings patience, flexibility, understanding, and strong communication skills to the classroom. She has also taught K–3 students through her church, The Chapel. Ms. White strives to create a positive, respectful, and welcoming classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to do their best. She believes every student has unique strengths and abilities and works to build meaningful relationships while maintaining clear expectations and a structured learning environment.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. White has been an active member of the Scouting community for more than 11 years. She began as a Cub Scout leader in her son’s pack and has continued serving as an Advancement Chair at the Scout level. She has also completed the Wood Badge leadership course, further developing her skills as a leader and mentor while helping Scouts and other young people work toward their goals.

Ms. White plans to pursue alternative teacher licensure as she continues her career in education, with the goal of eventually becoming an intervention specialist. She also plans to earn her master’s degree in Education.

Ms. White looks forward to being a dependable and positive member of the school community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the students she serves.
