Mr. Fesli

Mr. Fesli's journey in education spans over 30 years, rooted in a strong academic foundation that blends technical discipline with instructional leadership. He earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Computer Science from Marmara University before going on to earn his Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education. Over the decades, Mr. Fesli's path has evolved through diverse roles across multiple international schools and within Ohio—starting as a Computer Science Teacher, leading as an International School Principal, and serving as a College Counselor and SIS System Manager for Horizon Science Academy Cleveland. Alongside his leadership background, he brings high-level computer skills to his work, ranging from coding and data analysis to building tracking systems and creating meaningful, visually clear reports. 

Today, as the Regional Director of College, Career, and Engagement for Concept Schools North Ohio Region, Mr. Fesli combines his administrative expertise with technical data insights to improve student tracking, enhance college and career guidance pathways, and support all Concept Schools in North Ohio Region, including Horizon Science Academy Lorain, in driving positive outcomes for every student.
