Mrs. Massa has been a valued member of HSA Lorain for the past 16 years, starting as an Administrative Assistant and serving as the Attendance Officer for the last four years. She handles phone inquiries and daily administrative tasks. In her role as Attendance Officer, she ensures the accurate tracking and reporting of student attendance, supports school-wide initiatives, and maintains clear communication with students, parents, and faculty.
